      Pros

      Definitely a decent place to work but over promised and under delivered. If you say you’re going to hear the ideas of everyone, then you should stick to that and explore those options rather than brush them aside as stupid.

      Cons

      PTO was good, great 401k but poor work life balance.

      Pros

      GreatAmerica understands that family is family, and they will do anything for anyone of us. They are flexible beyond what a normal company would do for their employees. They go above and beyond to make each day better than the last.

      Cons

      Pay and Compensation We struggle to get what we deserve for pay. Myself and others are well below the state, local, federal 'average' pay when it comes to our roles

      I'm sorry to hear you feel your pay is not commensurate with your role. It's important for employees to feel fairly compensated for the work they do, and for an organization to be able to attract and retain top talent, it's crucial to offer competitive pay. If you feel that you are being underpaid, it may be worth having a conversation with your manager or HR representative to discuss your concerns and try to find a resolution. It can also be helpful to research industry benchmarks and salary data for similar roles in your area to ensure that you have a clear understanding of what is considered fair and competitive pay. We aim to be at or above market in our pay and are transparent about the variables we look at to determine fair and equitable pay, so please don't hesitate to bring this to our attention in a manner in which we can address this.       Very cliquey in some parts. If you’re in you’re in, but if you are not one of the popular people things are harder for you.
