Culture - Strong Dedicated Leadership - Emphasis on Employees and Organizational Development - Family-Like Environment - Promoting From With-In - Continuous Improvement and Learning - Support - Genuine Care - Passion For Excellence This is hands-down the best company you could work for in Cedar Rapids. This is a company that understands the foundation stars with each employee, GreatAmerica couldn't do what it does without each of us. I feel that from every senior leader, and throughout so many aspects of the way we operate.

Cons

Because of the nature of our business we are not as flexible as some companies, but there are really great way we handle this on each individual team. I've never had a time that if I needed off I couldn't take off. So this is minor.
