Culture REALLY IS a key component to the success and it receives visible investments of time, energy and $$ from all corners of the company. Compensation and benefits are more than fair from a pure numbers standpoint. But the intangible benefits of enjoying my work, making a difference and really feeling like the company cares easily knock it out of the park from there.
