When I first visited GreatAmerica as a candidate, I thought "this is too good to be true. " After joining the company I learned what you see is what you get. The environment is fun and motivational. My team members are set high standards for themselves (and deliver on those standards) . The leadership team trusts me to do my job and provides me the resources I need. The monthly incentives reward for exceptional results.
Cons
Limited work schedule flexibility because we need to be here during business hours to serve our customers.
