Pros

Supportive and collaborative team environment Strong emphasis on code quality and maintainability Opportunities to work on complex, impactful projects Leadership is approachable and open to feedback

Cons

The absence of a technical architect sometimes left a gap between product vision and technical execution, making it harder to align on scalable solutions. Some complex components continued to grow without dedicated time for cleanup or architectural refinement. Timelines occasionally took priority over thoughtful design and developer input, which added pressure during delivery. Cross-training was often introduced during critical deadlines, adding stress and dividing focus when full attention was needed for delivery.

Pros

Long-Term Employees (15+yr tenure) are knowledgeable, approachable and live the original culture set by Tony and legacy Senior Leadership

Cons

There are a few senior executives that are toxic to the organization and are looking out for themselves and not trying to instill the culture that got GreatAmerica to where it is.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work for Great America

Cons

The have become a soulless corporate monster that only cares about the bottom line. I was sold like cattle with the farm when Collabrance was sold.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The acquisition of Collabrance by The 20 presented a significant opportunity for growth and development under the leadership of an experienced MSP. The 20 onboarded all Collabrance employees, allowing the team to remain together, including in GreatAmerica-provided office space during a transition phase. We regret that you felt undervalued during this transition. Our intention was to support your success and that of others, and we believe the actions taken were aimed at achieving that purpose.
