Pros

They have a long interview process to make sure new employees are a great culture fit from Day One. Fast-paced, energetic, hybrid environment. Senior leadership is involved in the day-to-day and employees feel like they’re making a difference. Starbucks in the building and free parking make going in to the office a good option.

Cons

Bonuses are based on company performance-not individual contributions. It does encourage team work though.
