Cons

Slow to do anything outside of the cookie cutter program. We sometimes make it hard on ourselves with the constant pushback on anything outside the box. Struggle with the ability to get decision makers available to decide.

The Profit-Sharing is nice, Casual dress code, renovated work space with modern finishes

Cons

Poor management overall. The management plays favorites and certain people get away with anything. It's all about who you know when it comes to advancement. Lots of gossiping and double standards.
