Pros

Very few, other than the location was close to home and convenient. Very few good things to say about Greco.

Cons

Over worked and under paid is the theme. Since it is family owned, they take care of family first. The nepotism is very high within the organization. You can be over qualified and passed over time and time again. The owner is racist and sexist and it reverberates throughout the whole company nationwide. They do not hire minorities, and talk down to women. Overall the machismo is very high, it is a macho culture that worked in the 80’s but not anymore.
