Pros

Close-nit family values bring high rewards to those that work for it. Anyone in hopes of a forever company, willing to put in the work, need not look any further! Passion for your work will pay off.

Cons

New Corporate structure is challenging. Old timers struggle to adjust to the finance firm calling some of the shots. Old school tactics learning new school corporate America will take time.
