Grede has increased technology and is moving in the direction of an automated work place...very exciting to be a part of it! The work we do is amazing and there is a lot of room for growth!

Cons

It is a tough work environment - hot and dusty at times -- but a fascinating industry to be a part of!

Pros

The best thing about working at Grede is the people. It is like a family. Pay is good, benefits are good with added perks, some easy jobs and some jobs can be challenging but are good for the right person.

Cons

Medical insurance could be better but is better than other employers in the area.
