Pros

- room to advance your career - healthy and energetic work culture - interesting work - the plant floor is very clean considering the work we do.

Cons

- Sometimes smelly (you go nose blind after a week anyway) - Plant shuts down for a few days once in a while. Not a bad thing if you dont mind unpayed vacation.
