Made it into supervision fast. But found out how they really feel about the people including supervision.

Cons

After almost being killed in an accident i was teminated for a " safety violation " but it was never a violation the many other times management watched me do the same task .I wasn't the first for this to happen to.

Its a steady job and could be a good place to work if you would pay your maintenance people right or let the most qualified work the overtime instead of letting a senior man who was given the job because of his race card who falls asleep on his shift

Cons

Senior.men there for 30 years act like idiots and the head supervisor let's them run the place
