Pros

The pay is decent I guess? Some managers are nice.

Cons

There is a similar review on here saying if you only like going to work and don’t have family, friends, a romantic partner, hobbies, a life, then this job is for you. Which is 100% true. I would strongly suggest looking for employment elsewhere. Sure it pays fine, but it’s not even close to worth it. It is extremely monotonous hard work. You’re forced to work Saturdays, and maybe that’s fine for some people, but the work life balance is nonexistent. The job itself makes you feel like a robot mindlessly doing a repetitive laborious task for hours. No earbuds are allowed which i can understand kinda given it’s a warehouse with moving vehicles, but does it make things miserably boring. Coworkers are standoffish and you will wish you never applied to Green Bay. If anyone reads this, do not apply, don’t go to that interview you have scheduled, just look for employment elsewhere. Trust me.

Pros

This used to be a great place to work. It's where you retired. So many workers have 20, 25, 30+ years in here but only stay because they're close to retirement. The people are what we stay for here, the production workers hold this company up by making the product. They are some of the nicest people. The pay is decent.

Cons

Office and upper management can't acknowledge there is even a production floor with human beings on the other side of the wall. They're trying to somehow move mountains and make an 8 day work week (yeah, figure that out). We were once a 5 day operation, that is long gone and we have been forced to work every weekend since the pandemic started. 2 straight weeks of 12 hour shifts would leave anyone exhausted. You don't have time for a life. Sorry if you have a family, you get to chose between them and sleep, if you're lucky. Hope you don't have any friends either because you'll never see them. No one acknowledges or cares about our suffering. As long as there's bodies on the production floor, humanity is overlooked. Some of us are mentally broken after enduring this for over a year already. Some are looking for new jobs, some are roped into staying due to seniority. Your choice if you want to work here, there are good sides... They're just getting harder and harder to see.

Pros

There really isn’t much good to say. They pay for your work boots and the vacation is good. Don’t let people fool you and say it’s a good place

Cons

Management sucks, over is ridiculous, no way to move up in company, work there employees like dogs, management thinks there better than everyone in the mill, if you are young I wouldn’t advise applying at this place.
