      STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

      Descent pay, holidays, vac,& in past apple blossom off ( not now) end of year bonus can be nice, health insurance some friendly staff, clean facility ( not like it use to be) picinic& Christmas party, safe ( not as much when they had nurse)

      Cons

      401 k sucks!!! It's hard to advance some people working there 5 years or more make less than some been there 3 years, they like to keep same people doing same jobs all the time, can take LONG breaks and lunch, some employees are promoted without jobs being posted ( no union , so they can do what they want) Some of the managers are complete idiots and have no clue what they are doing- employees know more than they do.

      Good pay, set shifts, low expectations

      Cons

      No ability to move up, corporate prefers to hire outside rather than promote from within. As a result mangers are uninformed on the company processes and can't make good decisions when needed. I was personally told by my plant manger that its not his fault I didn't go to college when I asked about getting a small promotion.
