NYC priced salaries, complimentary coffee/tea/snacks, occasional company provided luncheons, decent benefits

Cons

Not much room for professional growth in this particular office. Management claims they want to support career development, but their actions suggest otherwise. Administrative staff are regarded as replaceable and management gives only the attorney's word any value. Harassment claims are not taken seriously...expect to be assigned the blame for any disappointment you voice with the firm.

Internal position so no billable, regular schedule, multiple work from home days per week, great benefits, new and innovative conflicts process where you learn and can contribute to the team.

Cons

Fairly high stress, some of the practicing lawyers can be rude and condescending when dealing with the analysts.

Pros

The office is a very collegial, collaborative, team-oriented environment. People are friendly and inclusive of all. We have exceptional talent in our attorneys and business staff. The best of the best work here. The Friday breakfast, free daily Starbucks coffee, and various parties/Happy Hours/Happy Minutes throughout the year are a lot of fun. Everyone works really hard here but we play hard too. Overall, it is a great place to work long-term.

Cons

The pros outweigh any minor cons I could list.
