HR is a mess

Pros

Benefits are great, but it's almost like dangled over your head.

Cons

Management is terrible in HR. There is no uniform system or training on systems. They rolled out Workday in April and didn't train most of HR how to use it. It was rough for months. Want you to work more then your hours. Very stressful, I left and they finally opened two positions to the one roll I was working. Managers have a very small mentality and organization is terrible. You also couldn't advance. They hire outsiders before hiring internally.

Pros

The people wasn't really great but the job was good. Good opportunity and treated very valuable to the company. Tons of perks every month including meals.

Cons

Wish the people would be more family oriented bc we are stuck in there for 8 hrs.

Pay and benefits are very good and the team environment is top notch.

Cons

More of a role specific con than company wide but it's hard to get away from the job; always on for the customer.
