Pros

The pay is good but the newer the people the same pay as someone whose been there for awhile.

Cons

Little PTO and management is cult like. Management has favorites and you will notice it 100% as they pile all of their favorite person’s responsibilities on to your plate. They Let people keep their job title knowing they’re incapable of doing duties of that job title.
