Great benefits with a drive towards company growth, which ensures continued job growth. That job growth just might entail getting rid of the older and higher paid individuals for younger and cheaper workers.

Cons

Layoffs and current low job security for those stuck under middle management.

Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
