      Pros

      Great co-workers some good management . Good safety record. Maybe better training in human relations and people skills.

      Cons

      Treated very badly when stricken with life changing illness. Lost job because of this. Treated very unfairly.

      Better then Mcdonalds I guess.

      Cons

      15 minute breaks, no way to move up, poor pay and benefits for the work we do, hard work is overlooked. Management has their favorites and does not seem to care about the people that really put their time and effort into giving them a quality product. Seems like you go to blow someone to get anywhere.
