Pros

Constant remodeling and money going back into the company.

Cons

The insurance isn't great and being "competitive" isn't a reason to not improve it. Raises are small (and the pay isn't great to start with) and the review process doesn't make any sense. There are difficulties improving from past mistakes when there are no opportunities to better your knowledge of what you did wrong.

Greenheck is one company that fully self-insures, and has an onsite medical clinic (and pharmacy) to help reduce costs for our employees.
