Best company I've worked for

Pros

The company treats employees well. Sure Pay and benefits could always be higher, but are better than most if you look around. People are friendly and always help out when extra hands are needed.

Cons

Some Union issues, but not many. Also Wausau gets a bad rap, but is a nice small city with lots to do and good schools

I've also found that since the day I started everyone here is very welcoming and helpful. I've never had to hesitate when walking up to someone new and asking a question. Wausau is such a great place to live, though smaller than the city life. People like you help to spread the word about the reality of living in Wausau, and all of the great opportunities it presents.
