Pros

I️ have been treated very fairly and love the people I️ work with and the ownership. It is a hard job but they do all they can to make sure every employee feels cared for.

Cons

Sales is a hard job but with the hard comes the reward. It’s funny that a few of technicians that have written on here complained about not making as much as the sales guys but the reality is that like most companies, the sales force works on commission and has a much more difficult job. I’m sure management would be more than happy to have the technicians try selling if they felt up to it.

Pros

Working with honest, hard working and kind people makes all the difference in a job. As one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the United States, I think Greenix has done it right by having an experienced, knowledgeable executive team and phenomenal support staff. They truly go above and beyond for their employees. I've had a truly wonderful experience with this company.

Cons

As with any growing company, there are occasional bumps along the way. But honestly this is the best company I've worked with as far as being open to ideas and change. They work fast to address any issues that occur.

- pay inconsistent constantly changing -payroll enter errors weekly - office and clients get treated better than employees - Employees ran into the ground -management only cares about sales sales sales -growing to fast loosing a lot of customers - quality Really isn’t there - backpack sprayer no match vs a power sprayer -Nickel and dime all customers everything is a separate contract -Service is barely above par -Mormons move up faster everyone else stays barely moves at all -to much in your personal life
