You had to get jobs done in 30 min if you had Pest Control Rodent Boxes Tick Flea Mosquito spray and do inside the home no way in 30 min

Greenix has taught me so much. How to communicate with not just customers but everyone around me. How to not just be a boss but a true leader. Overall I have matured in my time here.

Cons

Each week there is a new fire…. That’s out of your control…. That you’re expected to put out. And the higher management says it’s totally possible to put a square block in a circle hole.

Direct Manager is open to new ideas. You get to lead your team. Follow company policy, but you get to run your business. Fast Paced. Exciting. Something new everyday.

Cons

Goals are changing throughout the week/month/quarter/year. Rigorous schedule. Company has gone from Small Business feel to Corporation feel. The office and field are not aligned, always someone to blame.
