It used to be a great company, but not anymore

Pros

There is still an excellent small technical team in the American zone that fosters a culture of collaboration and respect.

Cons

After three layoffs in less than two years, the teams have lost trust in their upper management. They are working under increased pressure due to the impact on the team's structure. There is a sense of chaos, with teams striving to do their best on projects but lacking true integration, especially with the overseas team in India.

Great work life balance but shady business handling

Pros

Completely remote, unlimited PTO, engaging company events, committed to mission

Cons

The higher ups will put too much pressure on one team alone. They like to stretch people thin and pile on a lot of work instead of spending more money on hiring more people. They always had layoffs which eventually eliminated my position as wel, no heads up at all for layoffs just told the same day of.
