Unrealistic sales quotas: Only long-tenured Account Executives seem able to consistently hit their targets. Layoff practices: High-performing AEs were impacted by company-wide layoffs, and managers later took credit for deals those AEs had nearly closed, including one of the largest deals in company history. Poor management at every level up to C-suite/executives and I have to agree with others who have called this out

Organization struggles to address continual changes from top-down to drive product strategy which often causes continual redirects, limiting an ability to focus on completing functional team goals or objectives. Leaders often do not communicate well with each other cross-functionally and often times may challenge business areas in which they do not leverage data-driven or fully informed decision-making (i.e. emotional decisions). A lot of great people were let go over the past 6 months or pushed out the door to save costs, causing employees in many cases to exceed 60+ hour work weeks.
