So much time put into this company to see coworkers that have less tenure than you being elevated to better positions because of who they know and being company favorites. Bonus reqs change month to month to make it harder to achieve the payout. Major bro culture. They laid off majority of CS black managers just to replace them with less qualified team leads. Back to back calls with no break in between no rest and PTO hard to get approved. They will deny you moving to another dept if you interview and are qualified because they want to keep you on the phones. This is a dead end job that will drain every ounce of your energy.

The company claims to be supportive but has major issues with burnout, poor team structure, and incompetent managers. Pay was about 20k under market.
