      Pros

      Started off well and they hired great talented people in the beginning. They had a great work culture and treated everyone fairly.

      Cons

      Started hiring people who did not fit the culture and hired people overseas who did not treat people well. This had an immediate trickle-down effect. People who started early in the company gave their all to the business and then they were just laid off. They gave one employee a fake role and led them on to believe that they were going to build out a department and then laid them off and canceled the entire program. The majority of individuals who got laid off were people of color.

      Innovative product, benefits and Work from Home!

      Cons

      - No proper training for a new associate who joins the company remote. No proper guidance for couple of months and then suddenly expecting them to do the job perfectly. Micromanaging and calling out the the employee through emails and messages so that they are forced to resign. - The Accounting team has No empathy towards the team members and does not know how to work with new employees. - Blaming the new employees for the mistakes made by the seniors in the team.
