      Coworkers are fantastic Benefits bonuses and 401k match are generous

      Bigoted and misogynistic management that is excellent at paying lip service Severely underpaid for the amount of work and responsibilities given Terrible work-life balance on top of extra night and weekend on-call schedule Workers encouraged to put in 60+ hour weeks Workplace diversity is only present in the lowest-paid team - customer service - the higher you go the fewer minorities and women are hired; very few stay for longer than a year

      Seemingly nice benefits of unlimited PTO and 401k matching.

      Cons

      Frequent and unexpected layoffs. Warning! Do not take a position at this company. The leadership is weak and has no direction other than laying off people to save money and not planning appropriately. Read other employee reviews. My entire department was laid off except one person who now carries the torch for everyone. Making young people feel valued by lying to them about how they are useful. It’s a sad situation to be honest. Low salary also for tech
