Pros
Great product focused on financial literacy for kids. Seasoned product team which is great at aligning across all functions through a multitude of continual pivots, both with people/leadership and technology planning.
Cons
Organization struggles to address continual changes from top-down to drive product strategy which often causes continual redirects, limiting an ability to focus on completing functional team goals or objectives. Leaders often do not communicate well with each other cross-functionally and often times may challenge business areas in which they do not leverage data-driven or fully informed decision-making (i.e. emotional decisions). A lot of great people were let go over the past 6 months or pushed out the door to save costs, causing employees in many cases to exceed 60+ hour work weeks.
