We want to clarify that the statement regarding benefits being "cut back" isn't accurate. In 2025, there will be a slight adjustment—specifically, a small reduction in PTO for employees with five to 20 years of service and a 2% adjustment to the 401(k) match. Even with these changes, our 401(k) match will still be 4%, which is above the industry average, and we continue to offer an ESOP that provides an excellent retirement benefit at no cost to employees. As a 20-year employee, there will be no change to your PTO. The comment about taking a "huge cut" does not reflect the adjustments made. We carefully considered these updates to ensure our benefits package remains competitive while supporting the long-term goals of both the company and our employees.
