Greenman-Pedersen Response

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and being a valued part of Greenman-Pedersen for over 20 years. We're pleased to hear that you appreciate the variety of work, strong teamwork, and employee ownership we foster. We want to clarify that the statement regarding benefits being "cut back" isn't accurate. In 2025, there will be a slight adjustment—specifically, a small reduction in PTO for employees with five to 20 years of service and a 2% adjustment to the 401(k) match. Even with these changes, our 401(k) match will still be 4%, which is above the industry average, and we continue to offer an ESOP that provides an excellent retirement benefit at no cost to employees. As a 20-year employee, there will be no change to your PTO. The comment about taking a "huge cut" does not reflect the adjustments made. We carefully considered these updates to ensure our benefits package remains competitive while supporting the long-term goals of both the company and our employees. Career development and open communication remain top priorities for us. Thank you again for your dedication and commitment to the team. We appreciate all you do.

Pros

New staff that was hired within the past 6 months were friendly and welcoming. The CEO offers very nice packages to the upper management.

Cons

The company is essentially a conglomeration of small companies purchased as the owner/starter of the small business went into retirement. There is no uniformity to any of the business lines or cohesion between employees. Not a company that accepts diversity and different experiences into their culture. No compensation for moving over 200 miles to meet employment opportunity.
