Pros

Casual work environment, good people, large enough that there are lots of opportunities to learn and discover. Its a good place for a young professional to get their feet wet.

Cons

A good 'ole white guys club at the top. Most have been there their entire career. Zero ability to lead or inspire, just focused on bottom-line and efficiency with no understanding of how to achieve it. Pay/benefits are paltry compared to competing firms. Growth opportunities are very limited. Close-minded and uber conservative (not in a good way).

Pros

Salaries are actually quite high. Good Health Benefits, with Dental and Vision. Very little supervision or accountability. You will lieterally go weeks without speaking to a partner-in-charge (who most likely will never know your name). Good place to hide while searching for a improved job.

Cons

No job security. Eventually you will be fired regardless how hard (or how long) you work. No opportunity for orginal work. All designs done by corporate planners. Interns have no influence. Designs stuck in the 1980's.

Pros

Modern office (I guess?), a couple good people that genuinely care, that's about it. Decent pay.

Cons

Typical corporate culture of "joining a family" - i.e. sacrifice personal well-being for being under-budget and clawing up the ladder. Horrible work-life balance. Claims to offer "flexible schedule", but management expects you in your chair and available on teams 10 hours a day.
