Pros

Company has its employees' best interests in mind. They understand that the development and growth of its employees will inherently thrust the company as a whole toward excellence. It is ultimately up to the individual to utilize the strengths of the company for personal growth and development.

Cons

Key players who have the most potential for training younger staff sometimes get stretched too thin. Then again, this is a good problem to have. For the most part, they are very helpful as long as they have time.

This is the best company I have ever worked for! Unlike some of the other negative reviews that appear to come from either disgruntled low performing ex-employees or inexperienced young kids that have not really worked in many other places before, I have worked for many years at many different firms. This is by far the firm with the most opportunities, the BEST culture, and the best work environment!!!

Cons

I really do not see any "cons" to work at this firm. I feel very lucky that I am part of this organization!

Cons

Chaotic senior management; lack of true leadership; people promoted to positions based more on seniority than ability (some of the good ole boy network exists)
