Excellent Moment On My Resume

Pros

Worked exclusively on the fast-track, 1 million square feet, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport New International Terminal. It was amazing to get to contribute to the development of a project of this scale and quality.

Cons

Only con from my perspective is that I was laid off at the onset of construction of the project. I would have continued to work for this firm for a lot longer, had I had the opportunity to do. I understand the situation and we parted on great terms.

The only "pro".. a job.

Cons

Low ball pay, no professionalism. Too many "yes" men. No professionalism. Came from a smaller company that just closed. Wish I were back working with them. Cliquish. Everyone is out for themselves. Big company mentality. Management is lazy. Upper management boys club.

Mediocre projects No budgets Heads down office environment There is a gap between the designers and architects that needs to be reevaluated. Office would work better if employees were broken up into teams per project. Sharing programs licenses throughout the company is a waste of money/ employees time Poor office attitude Poor office work/ life balance
