Pros

Clothing allowance. Benefits. Leadership opportunities due to things changing in the company are always available. If you work hard and make a good impression you will be rewarded for it!

Cons

Because of the fact that things are always changing the office/ company can get some what hectic at times. Management really listens to their employees.

Cons

Owner is abusive and has no right to be in a business she clearly knows nothing about. Owner does not listen to her employees. She thinks she knows better, but what she doesn't know is that she needs mental help.

Pros

Recently interviewed for a position here. I love fashion and I have already learned so much. The CEO and managers are all friendly and welcoming. I was recently able to set up for the NY gift show and it was really hard work but it was amazing to see how the sales women merchandise and what goes on when they take the orders before I enter them into the system.

Cons

So far there have been no downsides!
