Timing is 9:00 to 5:30 and you get free soda.

Cons

All the good reviews you read are false as there are not that many Customer service people who get to write fake reviews. Hunch is Someone is simply being asked to write good about a really bad toxic environment.

Pros

I have met some great amazing woman and men while working at GS. Many opportunities to expand your career. Great benefits & good starting pay. Easy 9-5:30 hours. They live by their mantra which is "laugh more, gripe less!"

Cons

office can get hectic and very busy with telephones ringing off the hook

Convenient commute for those living in Westchester county.

Cons

Permanently irritated and vengeful owner, especially in the morning. You never know which employee is the next Enemy of the People. The current Enemy of the People is trashed in front of everyone until he/she is fired or resigns.
