Cons

Owner needs psychiatric help. Her own daughter doesn’t speak to her. She is cruel and petty. Hires illegals in her warehouse so she can control them. Forces them to go to her upstate house to work there against their will. Warehouse is a death trap.

The owner thinks she is a sophisticated, erudite woman who is admired by all. Instread she is a vulgarian who hides behind her husband's money and treats her employees with contempt
