I have been working for Gretchen now for almost two years and absolutely love it. Coming from a corporate background where I was more of a number it's nice to work for a small company where my opinion is always taken into consideration.

For those with fashion experience that want to work outside the city, this is the right place for you. For those with little fashion experience, this is the place to learn and grow.

Cons

If you are willing to learn and work hard and you will be rewarded personally and financially. The fashion industry is not all glamour, it's really hard work. Like any other job, sometimes it is not a fit and you move on, but if you do love this field, the cons are very small compared to the pros!

Pros

I have met some great amazing woman and men while working at GS. Many opportunities to expand your career. Great benefits & good starting pay. Easy 9-5:30 hours. They live by their mantra which is "laugh more, gripe less!"

Cons

office can get hectic and very busy with telephones ringing off the hook
