Fast paced and challenging environment. Always something going on with a variety of customers. Time flies on this job.

Cons

Work can be very stressful due to the non-static times of bus arrivals and operational changes that occur. You have to be willing to do a multitude of tasks on the job to be successful.

Cons

IT leadership discourages out of the box thinking that would otherwise drive business revenue needs. They are too busy handling turnover to actually get real work done with cost efficiency in mind.
