Pros

The coworkers are very supportive and friendly. Training and trainers are the best using the tools they've been given. Best wishes for them.

Cons

The pay should be better. The managers can do better by encouraging employees to be more professional and self-controlled in the presence of the public.

management is coercive....micro-managers that intimidate staff. horrible building, either too hot or too cold outside for platform agents, small terminal with poor ventilation;foul odor present often. food court is connected to men's restroom.. security staff are unaired.1 armed police officer present. lots of panhandling and crime
