People are nice, good locations, good benefits, easy to move in and between different departments

Cons

No pension plan. Behind the curve as far as technology goes.

Pros

People stay here a very long time. Great recognition. Interesting Work. Free bus travel. Iconic brand that has been here over 100 years.

Cons

Sometimes when people wont leave, its hard to move up. They are doing a great job of creating new positions to address this problem.

Promotions from internal candidates, company challenges you beyond your limits, employees leaving company are considered highly marketable due to talents and skills obtained.

Cons

No pension plan, high stress, no stability at salary levels.
