Pros

Unlimited hours, traveling, get opportunity to meet new people. Starting pay is pretty great 19.00. Overall this job is for a person how who wouldn't mind being away from home 3 to 4 nights.

Cons

On call every nine hours. Long wait for permanent run years wait at most cities. If you have kids, this probably wouldn't work. Just my opinion.
