Pros

Being able to work with and connect with customers. Not too strenuous, a lot of waiting.

Cons

Managers aren't always on duty at night or early in the mornings. It makes it hard to navigate assisting customers arriving in busses that were severely delayed with no notice. Also went several holidays without any management working at all. Nonexistent work/life balance, especially if working nights.
