Pros

The employees have an outstanding commitment to the customers. Their loyalty is unbelievable and their knowledge of the small towns and cities up and down the coast of California is to be admired.

Cons

The employee benefits program is not good, the employees must take a physical or suffer an expensive penalty. The compensation is not to the highest level when combined with the cost of insurance it does not even out.
