Pros

Nice culture of teamwork and service to a community that riding the bus is their only option.

Cons

The lack of corporate investment over the years has impacted customer service, the work environment and growth potential.

Pros

Decent Money for a high risk job.

Cons

Dont get on anyones badside: drivers, mechanics, management..Any senior person. They force new drivers out, they also steal paperwork. If that doesn't work they get customers to force accidents and keep insurence money flowing in the operations. If you don't fit the agenda your forced out. I caught management taking paperwork.. so i walked asking for union backing. Union gaslighted and eventually walked. They will also put things in your personal life too. Watch out for yourself during and after. The agenda is people and they disillusion people to safety. Bad boys safety..
