Pros

Met all different types of people. Greyhound let employees get a discount for travel.

Cons

Until the bus came in it would be very slow in the terminal. When someone missed their bus and they couldn’t get a refund they would get very irate and that happened a lot even though they were told when they bought the ticket that they wouldn’t get a refund, and they initialed it and circled it .
