Pros

Location: Time square, free metro card, and free rides on greyhound buses.

Cons

Poor culture, Leadership values friendships with employees over hard work. Some Supervisors do more work when other supervisors do not. Poor training structure, you leave training after two months and learn nothing. Disorganization, work is not assigned so leadership does not know who is doing what just "hoping" someone does it. Gossip, leadership gossips about drivers and hourly employees. Ive even heard managers talking about how an employee smells at work. Very Unprofessional, corporate knows nothing of whats going on or does not care. Terminal manager has no power to hire poor performing employees because they are friends with high leaders. Terminal Manager is amazing but is handcuffed and cannot manage her team. Getting a long standing employee upset can cause them to get together and get you fired.
