Pros

People who work at Greyhound are friendly, caring and collaborative.

Cons

Management out of touch and a few are verbally abusive. Department heads and their managers appear averse to diversity and overtly discriminate against women and minorities. Leadership keeps head in the sand on these issues while counting numbers and building their empires.
