Pros

Corporate offices are nice. Very professional environment at the executive level.

Cons

In order to serve a less desirable market, the company will hire an promote unprofessional an unskilled people to management and to operate buses. It’s time to put this dog to sleep. intercity bus service is dead just like the cab business.

Pros

Lot's of hard work being done by software engineers trying to fix broken systems in a fairly collaborative environment.

Cons

Completely inadequate Product Owners not taking engineer advice The constant fighting between tech and business to decide product features. Lower pay relative to everyone else in the industry Nickel and diming everything on benefits Culture from high level ups made work in general very stressful without any outlook for the future.
