Pros

Flexible schedules, it's good for someone who isn't looking to make a career out of this. Management will work with you on hours. Always having job postings, may have to travel though.

Cons

Short Staff, over worked Benefits not too great, management doesn't back up employees on policy at times, that goes for upper level like city and regional mangers. High turnover rate. Pay sucks they've decreased pay to incoming employers compared to what I started off with years ago. They want only part time employees but you may work full time hours. You will do everything depending on location from selling tickets, cleaning, GPX, to unloading/loading a bus.

Pros

You get to meet a lot of interesting people. It's never dull. Salary is ok.

Cons

Your work took up 99% of your time. Even on days off you were getting work related calls. There was no separation between work and personal time. More often than not work was invading your personal time.
