Allowed me to try entirely new role in HR. Lot of diversity in workforce.

Benefits weren't great but it has been a few years sine I was there so hopefully they have improved.

Fast paced and challenging environment. Always something going on with a variety of customers. Time flies on this job.

Cons

Work can be very stressful due to the non-static times of bus arrivals and operational changes that occur. You have to be willing to do a multitude of tasks on the job to be successful.
